This is not your dad's British Sterling.

This is your mom's Anne Klein sterling silver watch.
At least it was.  It's mine, now.
I've never been a fan of bracelet style watches.  You can't really change the bracelet out to a strap without it looking all doublewidey, it's a pain to adjust said bracelet if it doesn't fit well, and usually they look real stupid.
This one, however, is an exception.  I like it.  It has a classic, elegant appeal to it.  Nice, simple monochromes, clean lines and a very substantial air about it.
As you may have guessed, the case and bracelet are .925 sterling, which makes it like, waaaay valuable.  And, if you are ever attacked by a werewolf or whatever, you could melt this down and make a bullet or a stake or a ninja star out of it to kill the beasty beast with.  You could if you had the time and skill, which I daresay, most of us don't.  Werewolves tend not to be agreeable to coming back later to give you time to smelt the metal, create a mold, let the metal settle (in a kettle, like a flower petal, chewing on the betel - I rap on weekends, yo.) remove it from the mold, test it on your irritating neighbor, etc., etc...
But, in theory, you could do all those things with this watch.
It has been worn, that much is obvious.  However, it is in very good shape.  There are minor imperfections in the metal, but I think that is more the nature of sterling silver than damage.  The crystal is, well, crystal clear (rimshot), and the face and hands are in perfect condition.  The movement works great.  Also, the crown has a pretty little blue doohickey set into it, which I think is tops.  You can't see it too well in the pics, but I'm telling you it's nice and that should be enough. The bracelet is really cool, and gives the watch some heft.  Also, the woven design is badass.
I'm too tired to write anymore today.  Nice watch.  Look at the pictures below and marvel.

It's an Anne Klein, too.

I don't know what the heck those two little Greek columns after the word Klein are there for.  Who knows?  Not me. And, who the heck is Anne Klein anyway?
Alls I know is she designs watches and I gots me some of them watches.  Her designs are usually tasteful and simple with clean lines and simple materials.   The watch pictured here is a little over-the-top for Miss K., but for some reason it works.
Usually, I would pour scorn over a bracelet watch set with purplish and clear "jewels" but I sort of like this one.  Despite being a little "blingy," it's not bad.  Not bad at all.
The silver metal sets off the stones or glass or whatever quite nicely.  All the pieces and parts of the watch and bracelet are in great shape and the quartz movement works just fine.
I don't have much else to say about this.  More pics below.
